Candidate Treasurer
NHATA membership,
My name is Kristal Terpstra and I currently work as the athletic trainer at John Stark Regional High School. I wish to run for the position of treasurer for the NHATA.
I have worked on personal budgets as well as the budgets for two student run organizations. I am involved in a large fair and have created and fine-tuned budgets so they do not exceed expectations. In my time as the interim secretary for the NHATA I have had the opportunity to see the intricacies of the NHATA budget and the requirements in the future. I have a resource who works on a town budget committee and is willing to provide advice.
I am interested in being an officer of the NHATA because I would like to be more involved in the athletic training culture and further the education of certified and student AT’s. I would like to create a budget that will last for years with minimal changes that will avoid any future debt or losing our non-profit status again.
