Candidate Treasurer
Hello NHATA members,
I, David Caponigro, am running to become your next NHATA Treasurer. I work at Trinity High School (Manchester, NH), where I have been for over a year now. I am currently the NATA District 1 Ambassador for New Hampshire where I have been working closely with the NHATA board as well as the NATA Foundation. I believe it would be a seamless transition for me to take over this position since I already work closely with most of the board members. As a student I was the Vice President of the AT Club at Plymouth State University. My main objectives were to oversee fundraising events and to give monthly budget reports. My strengths are my organizational skills and documentation skills. I enjoy being organized and knowing where everything is at the drop of a hat. I am interested in serving as an NHATA Officer to ensure the financial matters of the NHATA are kept to the highest standard. I plan to make the other NHATA board member’s jobs as easy as possible as it relates to finances. I also plan to keep records organized so it will be a simple transition when my term is over. I thank you all for your time and I hope to serve you to the standard the NHATA members deserve.
