Sports Illustrated has published an online article by Monday Morning Quarterback writer Jenny Vrentas regarding 2013 NHATA Most Distinguished Athletic Trainer Dr Erik Swartz’s latest research titled Helmetless Tackle Training (HUTT ). The study, funded through a grant awarded by the Head Health Challenge is currently being piloted with members of the University of New Hampshire’s football team before expanding to New Hampshire high schools in 2015.
