PDF options
**Note, the following suggestions assumes that you have administrative privileges with your computer**
There are many different options available for saving word documents as PDF's, but for the sake of brevity we will only view two free options.
Option 1 is the Office 2007 "Save as PDF or XPS" add in. To utilize this add in you must be using Office 2007. Simply download and install. Once installed, select save as from the Office Button and choose PDF or XPS.
Option 2 is for users who are not working in Office 2007 and it is called CutePDF Writer . Once installed this program is accessed through your printer drop down menu. Simply select print and choose CutePDF Writer from your list of available printers. Click ok, name the file and the location to save the PDF and you're in business.
